I love that it’s directed by a female and the story is good. However, it’s like watching a poor quality low budget feature due to what filters are being used. The blood color on the wolves mouth looks artificial. it’s very difficult to watch as the director/DOP chose poor lighting. You can shoot with better light without taking from the story. Also a mom with a C-section wouldn’t be without oxygen. These are small but I impacting to believability. The overall colouring of the movie and the dark hues and filters took away from a potentially good movie. This could have been lit so much better and been just as good.
