This book wont be relatable to anybody who has been through anything more than a tummy ache. It oozes of perspective from an at the very least relatively wealthy person waffling on about being hard done by. Entitlement on full display. Jam packed with relentless cliche.
The writing is nauseatingly bland in a literary sense and you can feel the effort to pander to the standard idea of life's ups and downs from a person living in a very privileged bubble.
This book will make you vomit if you know true pain, loss, sorrow or hardship.
Head straight to Thich Nhat Hanh instead.
