Typically generic script & movie, too many uneccessary plot shifts & anti-climactic dramatic segways. Good CGI, action fighting & stunt scenes, but this D.C. action feature had many "B movie" moments. I'd like to see "Blue Beetle" scripted to take on Evil Latin military regimes, along with cartels & narcos, directed by Jerry Bruckheimer. As a D.C. Latin "superhero" script, I thought it was sophmorically written & had a 'campy' taste. 'Beetle' was also weak on storyline, which has to be the first priority that appeals to Action Movie viewers wanting true "good vs bad" energy to drive the script fowards. Save your money & watch it on Fubo.

Not as good as Tim Allen's "Home Improvement" show which won 17 Emmy's. Kind of a letdown.
