If you're not a person who consistently watched the original Fantasy Island you probably won't appreciate what they were going for. I liked it, not great. What annoyed me was the slobby guy they used for the Mr. Roarke character. The best part was in the last 1 minute, the little joke right at the end was really clever and cute.
