George & Tammy is an outstanding limited series that takes the viewer back in time to see the famous relationship between two of music's finest legends. No holds are barred. There is sadness, pain, lots of self destruction, and regret. But the genuine affection and respect that Jones and Wynett had for one another during their lifetimes shines through. Lots of the duos hit songs are in the production. And the work of Jessica Chastain, and especially, Michael Shannon as Jones, who both BECOME the characters they portray is magnificent.
