Worst service by blustar. Bought Bluestar AC on 11th May 2023 from chroma Chembur store. AC was Delivered on next day. When Bluestar people came for installation they refused to do the installation since they didn’t bought the safety kit. Chrome would have told us this while buying the Bluestar ac from the store. Bluestar agent came for the installation said we cant do the installation due to safety concern. Bluestar agents were so arrogant that they said you can return ac to chroma. Pathetic behaviour by Bluestar. They were so arrogant they were not at all interested in doing installation. I really regret buying blustar ac. Agent called his senior and senior said said the same thing. So don’t go for any blustar product. I didn’t expect this from bluestar. Pathetic worst service by bluestar……
