Surprised this has such a low rating. Really enjoyed this one and certainly gave me a jump or two. It`s no "Eden Lake" but a good watch nonetheless.

Proof that the IMDB reviews are extremely dubious. What an awful film.
As well as the acting, so many things were bad but the worst has to be that the actors didn`t age at all over the course of the 20 years.
The characters just lived happily ever after, after that ordeal? No long term psychological effects? Completely fooled by reviews. Oh well

Decided to watch this based on the reviews but I wish I hadn`t. Really poor film with shoddy acting and the annoying "Armaggedon" hollywood orchestra throughout this British film. Not to be compared with "Contact" in the slightest.
