the show is so real as it gets.. i love the way roy choi cooks it's like you can feel his passion in cooking even if you are just watching and jon is very willing to learn and respects chef roi , always asking about the ingredients, like what did you put in there? the show is so natural..i love watching it..there is no ego in the show.. i remember the episode when they are making beignets and it fails and chef roi honestly telling that it does not taste good haha! ..one of the best cookin show in my opinion.. so natural..hope more seasons to come..
