I know many people say it is boring but thats because they have no sense of film, but there is a reason that it has a 8.3 IMDb and 90% metric. It tells the story well about Robert Oppenheimer, even though there was a lot of politics the story is told well and I definetly think this is one of Christopher Nolans better films
