Iren Kurek has now died and she is the person I got my copy of her book from. It was written from an authentically loving heart full of memories of her mother's cooking. I have cooked some of the recipes and got a real feel for the genuine taste Goulash. I am not sure how people can get copies now as she sold them directly. I felt I was in her mother's kitchen as I read how she put her recipes together and told little stories along the way.
