Rachel Zegler, Ariana debose, David alverez, Mike faist and Ansel elgort are all phenomenal in this movie. This movie probably showcases the best maria, Rachel plays her with so much emotion, wants, and ambitions that has never been explored before in any other version of WSS. Ariana debose also plays such a good Anita, I've never seen a character with so much emotion than that of Debose's Anita after the rumble! (with respect to Rita Moreno). and David and Mike play such tumultuous gang leaders who hate each other but also have soft spots to them. The music, the set design, the lighting the colors, everything has so much detail. The representation of latin culture is also much better. Definitely one of the best interpretations.
