Lightweight, but the acting and script are good, and the plot hooks you in. Not a roller coaster ride, but lots of ups and downs. Some really funny parts, and a poignant ending. The characters are all well defined, and thankfully the actors are all competent. Shades of Forrest Gump, but more realistic. Worth watching.
