Only buy this game if you plan on using the motion controls. I purchased this because I loved the story line of this game but hated the motion controls on the wii. As soon as we started playing this new switch version it became very clear this was a rushed, cash grab. If you try to use the controller to play the camera angle is broken and you will be stuck staring at link from the ground missing the entire game and it’s surroundings. You will also be unable to put the sword away and be forced to run around holding it in front of you like a javelin the entire game. Fighting with the sword is almost impossible as one flick of the joy con results in link seizuring in multiple directions and swinging everywhere but where you want. I’ve never refunded a game I bought even if they weren’t good but I did this one because it’s broken and almost unplayable (unless using the awkward, flawed motion controls) which in my opinion aren’t much better. Save your money. I’m a HUGE Zelda fan so this is very disappointing. <EDIT> I’m 100% sure this was not a flawed Joy con issue. I have a large family so I have 5 sets of joy cons. We made sure it wasn’t a flawed controller. Also my uncle purchased this game and had the exact same complaints and since has returned his as well.
