The Batman is an absolute masterpiece. The acting, background score, cinematography were really awesome. This is my favourite Batman movie after The Dark Knight. As this is just a beginning story it is hard to be compared with TDK. Maybe the sequel to The Batman could be a competitor to TDK. Anyways I hope the sequel arrives soon. A word of advice I want to give is that this movie is not purely an action packed superhero movie, this is a psychological crime thriller. And also you need to see this movie more than once to truly appreciate it. Hats off to Matt Reeves for making an awesome grounded Batman movie. Hope he makes more....
