If you want to watch people share their pain with no discussion on actionable solutions, steps forward to heal, mental health strategies or how to afford mental care this is for you!
And WHY wasn’t it free to the masses??? I guess Oprah and Harry only help as far as the money contract will take it. I’m in no way minimizing anyone’s struggles but let’s face it, we all have had traumas, emotional scars, wounds, abuse and anger. What we all don’t have is the means to obtain therapy like Harry and Oprah do. And it’s obvious Harry needs better therapy or at least more time to process because his issues are spewing out in an uncontrollable unfiltered pace. He should have waited to share his story AFTER he was able to overcome things it would have been more motivational.
This was a stab at monetizing mental health into a new revenue stream. It does a great job letting you know celebrities are real people too but real help is not found here. This should have been a free series put together by a team of well known mental health professionals with bits of education, resources, strategies and funding to help people who can’t afford help.
