It's not too bad, I like it. It shows what is the best practice with declaring finds etc & calls out "nighthawks" as looters but it also glamoursises metal detecting a bit. It doesn't show that it takes so many hours, over many months (if not years) to find anything of monetary value (if you are lucky enough to ever find anything really nice) while digging out heaps of rubbish in the meantime.. but it does show that most detectorists are out to find things of historical interest, importance, mystery & beauty.. any monetary value is a fabulous bonus.. & that ordinary people are mainly honest when they do strike riches.
