Its a well rounded show and isn't like other k-dramas. It has a lot more action and a lot less romance than most drams I've seen. I loved this show more than any show I've seen because of how well it fits my taste in books. Few shows out there are in the fantasy action/adventure with some romance sub-plots and are still fitting into a Pg/Pg13 age appropriateness.
