This was in the late 60's, those hatefilled yte ppl grand children are still the ones making/changing policies to keep institutions majority yte run/owned/operated....all that has changed is its being filmed and posted online.... Beautiful in all aspects, this movie should have won a few awards and be part of mandatory high school curriculum.... A MUST WATCH!!

Love the Black history woven throughout the storytelling and the reality that race relations are still 1950's -esq. Even in the face of monsters, world wars and other worldly ills, being Black seems to be worst. Thanks for history and message of strength, self love and the powerful bond of Black love and Black family I got from the series, all wrapped with monsters ghouls vampires succubus and our ancestors spirit. The cast is beautifully talented.

Just binge watched Family Reunion! Love it love it, in all its different shades of Black, size and attire!! Love the Black history lessons, life lessons and dedications at each episode ends. Absolutely love Ms Devine's beautiful singing voice!! Looking forward to more Seasons and episodes.... My personal no no are the SHOES that tracks dirt dust and debris all over the house and beds and couch... please remove at least some of the characters shoes when they enter the home. Black folks take our shoes off😊👊🏾👍🏾
