This show is a realestate show, each episode is about 50 minutes long, and about 40 of those minutes is all just drama, yelling, manipulating and screaming. Some of the houses they sell is lovley but the additude of everyone in the office just makes the show so unenjoyable to watch. The ammount of drama and bullying that happens to the girls makes the company look so unprofessional to the point that its just embarssing and I'm fast forwarding half the episode. Multiple times it is stated that Orange County is a small town and keeping a good reputation is everthing but with a drama fest show they are contrdicting everything that they are saying. Very unprofessional and wish the show focused on more realestate with the staff working together
