One of the best games ever designed. I am a huge fan of the series and the amount of work, design and storytelling that goes into it. Everything from the way the Collector's edition is packed, the first moments in the game and up to the ending are very well thought off, with the gamer/fan in mind. A huge sense of achievement once you go through the storyline and discover the many environments in what is possibly the most visually appealing game today. Simple, fluid, emotionally addictive and also makes you use your brain to solve puzzles - what more can you want? And let's not forget the soundtrack, which helps enormously. This is a 12-14 hour game and yet from day 1 of the release, I could only find 1-2 minor bugs, showing that it can be done! No need for 1000 updates to fix stuff which should have been caught and which ruins game experiences. All in all very impressed with the latest instalment. If you haven't played the series, make time for it, you'll not regret it.
