Dr. Adnan El Bakri MD. MSc. is a Franco-Lebanese medical doctor, entrepreneur and key opinion leader, former surgeon, independent researcher in Artificial Intelligence, and expert in digital health. Born in an underprivileged neighborhood, he overcame a childhood marked by poverty, war, and difficulties in accessing care. He graduated from the Faculties of Medicine in Marseille and then Reims and the Universities of Aix-Marseille, URCA, and Paris-Saclay, where he obtained his Doctorate and a DEA in technological sciences, with the highest academic grade. Naturalized on merit by the President of the Republic, he has received several official distinctions including the Medal of the Universal League of Public Good, a member of the UN, supported by UNESCO, with a decoration at the Republican Guard. A pioneer in e-Health, he founded its National Council and was a member of the Board of e-Health World. Holder of an international patent, his pioneering work is multi-awarded around the world. He is the author of 3 books on Predicting Cancer, Medical Collaboration with Artificial Intelligence, and Beyond the Frontiers of Medicine. He is selected in the prestigious Choiseul ranking among the most promising young talents and economic leaders. He advocates for a paradigm shift towards a new preventive, predictive, personalized, collaborative, and more open medicine.
