I have been a fan since the beginning; actually, since it was introduced with Gibbs and Ducky appearing on another Navy Show. I know cast changes are necessary for various reasons, and so far you have made the changes without causing serious damage to the show; and, sometimes improving the show. However, Abby leaving has created a real problem for the show. Abby's replacement has to be the worst change you have ever made. Abby was a critical part of the show; and, you have replaced her with the worst possible decision. The new Lab person can't not act and takes away from what has been a fantastic successful show. How did you come up with such a terrible decision. Please, please, kill her off and get NCIS to be fantastic again.
