I’ve been a fnaf fan since the first game came out and i’m honestly so disappointed. So many people have waited around 8-9 years for a decent fnaf movie just for them to make a film not even focused around the animatronics but instead a random girl not even from the games. They decided to completely ignore any lore from the actual games and even go against it at certain points. The table scene was awful, the one balloon boy jumpscare at the start was decent but then they decided to use that same one 3 more times. No gore, no horror, no jump scares from the actual animatronics. Honestly it just was a boring and uninteresting storyline when they had a film basically written out for them already. When i look at videos the fans have made like the fnaf VHS tapes on youtube it makes me think how amazing and unique of a horror this film could have been. One of a kind. But instead they turned it into a kids film. The only thing that i enjoyed about the film was the reference to Sparky the dog.
