This movie means so much to me. As a kid I grew up watching Disney movies in the back of our car on DVD, projected on a tiny screen that me and brothers would crowd around on long trips. We watched tons of movies on that tiny TV screen but one of those movies will always stand out to me, "The Fox and the Hound." I know this movie gets a lot of backlash from people saying the plot is predictable and the movie is boring, but I'd have to disagree. Ever since I've watched this as a kid I smile when Tod (the fox) is adopted by the kind old lady, or when he befriends the dog next door, and of course, when he falls in love. Throughout the run-time of the movie you see Tod grow up into a man, or fox I suppose in this case. There's something magical about seeing him as just a little baby all the way up to an adult. This is the best movie I have ever seen and I don't think I'll ever find a better one. But don't let me be the judge for you, please watch it for yourself and see. I have no doubt that if you go into it with the right mindset, you'll end up loving it just like I do.
