The film is beautiful, heart touching, fun, but also a misty-eyed ride.
I always was of the opinion that Gulal was Kay Kay Menon's best work but after watching Penalty, the tables have turned.
Actually every actor gives his/her 100% to each of their film, so did Kay Kay Menon. But the magic he has created in this one, I mean how can each n every scene of his so PERFECT??
