Honestly this show kinda sucks. Everything is super unrealistic and there wasn’t any police or supervision anywhere. Everyone pretty much just gets away with whatever they want and all of the parents either leave, commit suicide, die, or are murderers/serial killers. Now let’s take a quick look at the characters. Veronica who is underage and clearly has daddy issues made an illegal rum business just so she could overthrow her fathers rum empire. Cheryl who is emotionally unstable literally burnt down her house with her mother in it just to prove a point. She also seemed like she was in love with her brother Jason in the beginning of season one. Speaking of Jason, his father killed him after he tried to run away with his girlfriend who is pregnant with his child even though she’s actually his cousin. Archie and Betty can sometimes be good people but they often lie to the people they love and they cheated on their partners with their best friend. Most of Betty’s family is either dead or a serial killer and she has been through a lot and is slowly getting more and more suicidal. In the earlier seasons Jughead was a good character and solved many mysteries while being a successful writer, but after college he became an alcoholic, stoner, and basically just a loser. The plot line was terrible and there was way too much going on. Everything was really confusing and cringe. I wouldn’t be surprised if in the next season Cheryl’s brother Jason came back to life after ten years and started a cult that eventually took control and ruled the world.
