Child sex abuse is a ubiquitous problem as first revealed some 5000 years ago by the Sumerian god En/Enki (Enki then fathered the goddess Ninkurra with his daughter Ninmu, and the goddess Uttu, the spider {wiki} with his granddaughter Ninkurra [Kramer and Maier 1989: 22-30]) The Greeks mythology is strewn with it (Rape of Persephone, Oedipus, Athena, etc.) but our Bible says little about it. But if you watched Spotlight, Deliver Us From Evil (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0814075/) and or Mea Maximum Culpa, the extent of the problem becomes obvious. So, do we give MJ a pass because he was a rockstar? Or do we face this devastating behavioural problem like serious adults?
