It is propaganda film made against religious beliefs of Hindus under the garb of feminism. The film depicts customs associated with Sabrimala pilgrimage in a bad light at the same time promoting beef activism and depicting Hindu women as slaves of patriarchy.
While the struggles of a home-maker is depicted very well, mixing it with demeaning of a social system, was uncalled for.
What was the real message of the movie ? Was it feminism or demeaning a religious belief?
