So fun! Of course, if you compare it directly to the original Home Alone, you will find yourself disappointed. However, this movie plays homage to the original in little ways (i.e., a character comments that remakes are never better than the original, a character from the original has a clever role in this one, etc.) all while being its own movie with its own plot. Watch it as an original movie, and you will likely enjoy it to the fullest. Overall, it’s a cute holiday movie appropriate to enjoy with the whole family!
