Surprising and Horrifying!! I have enjoyed Season 1, and I am currently watching Season 2. The plot and characters keep you on the edge of your seat! Just when you think you have figured it out, a plot twist occurs! I especially like the character development. The characters are realistic, and throughout the story, you see both the good and bad side of humanity. Boyd is an especially complex character. His character is developed by tragedy, guilt, and his desire and duty to protect his son and the residents of the town from the monsters that wander the town at night. I can’t wait to see more! By the way, I actually wrote this on my own using my own brain! Sadly, I see many AI written-reviews these days!

Did I see the same movie? I am shocked at the five star reviews and some comparisons to The Dark Night which is an excellent Batman interpretation. The Batman was too long, the character development was poor, and the plot was slow moving. I get it, the director was trying to make a more realistic Batman story. Then call it something else other than The Batman. You can have a powerful message in your movie and still make it entertaining. This was anything but entertaining.

This delivered exactly what was expected. Exaggeration of the frustration midlife crisis and parent/child conflicts represented in a horror film!

I agree with the 1-star reviews. I don't need to be redundant. Politics, race, ultra feminist, overpowers good storytelling and character development. Not at all what I expected! It took until episode 6 for Richter to get it together! I thought this was the Belmont story, but instead other characters took center stage. Dissappointing!
