This is a book that completely changed my perspective. I wish that every grade-school student could have this as required reading. There are reasons that Zinn's book is so highly-acclaimed.

The performances of the actors involved were all so incredibly moving. I am sure this was hard for Hugh Jackman, in particular. His role was not like any I have seen him play. Parenthood is difficult. He did what he thought was right, and strong, as the father. No one escapes the pain of being the person they 'should' be, when their emotions and actions are conflicting. This film has the elements of a stage play, of course. It was done very well. This one will stick with me for some time.
