Its refreshing to be entertained by an excellent old horror concept, in fact the very best form of horror, that is biblical based. Much more realistic than Frankenstein ,etc. Great to see R Crowe return to the screen. The effects in this film are pretty gruesome and will keep most viewers "tense". If you dont find entertainment in this film then you are just too old and boring. MW MechEngr, still creative at age 66.

Story in keeping with current issues, action is plausible, not over the top. Entertaining, worth a look.

A weak script, poor direction but the actors have a future. The background music was annoying.
