It was so nice to see people like me set back in a time where we would never have had that experience of living in that way. I was frustrated by the story line at first because so much time passed and was wasted but the spark of light through the little girl was refreshing. Loved the music and dancing and the originality in the casting (I love Forest and Phylicia), costuming and the setting. It is a film that can be watched over again.
