Too many unresolved story lines. Historical war parts of the book were good but more detailed than the lives of all the main characters. This book seemed rushed and incomplete in comparison to past books in the series. There were so many things happening without full development or explanation and then a cliff hanger...5-7 more years to wait is disappointing. Wrapping up a few of the mysteries before creating more would have been more rewarding to this reader.
