New school Jason Vorhees. Good kills, good pacing. I typically don't like movies that show the killer/monster too often but I didn't mind it seeing as the setting of the movie was very captivating. It was different, in a good way.

I'm a huge fan of part 1 and this did not disappoint! The jump scares were hidden perfectly throughout and the story was engaging. I'd say my second favorite in this franchise after part 1! Don't listen to the bad reviews this movie is awesome
