I never give ratings but this show has blown me out of the water and deserves it. It’s witty and funny without being too in your face or forced as comedy for comedy’s sake. It shows the dynamics of a complicated relationship beautifully. How the two characters navigate their struggles is real, romantic and a true example of how to forge a healthy relationship when two people have very fundamental differences. The compassion, vulnerability, understanding and empathy the leads show each other along with the character development are top tier. And the kissing scenes are electric!! The chemistry between the two main actors is palpable. I don’t think I’ve ever seen kissing scenes that have affected me as much as these do. This felt like a romantic comedy that could actually happen in real life and not in some fantasy world like most romantic comedies do. Love love love it and cannot state this enough. Hope we get a season two.
