I remember Lindsay Lohan so cute and not sure if she did both British and American accents but I was impressed at her age. She carried the whole movie herself and was fun to watch. I saw it on TV today again and enjoyed as I watched the first time.

Although I enjoyed watching a Victorian style setting and costumes, exploring racism with a different twist I think Vini/Philo love was not very convincing even in comparison to Augeus and Imogen story line. I didn't see the deep love connection other than a physical attraction, and I think it needed a couple of more scenes. Perhaps in the coming season there would be some flashbacks that will establish this connection. I also thought a human /Pix love would be better instead of a half blood Pix love. I look forward for the second season.
