I remember the olden days when you could catch an episode of Cowboy Bebop on MTV's liquid television. It's my favorite anime so I was pretty excited for the live action. It has a good vibe and makes plenty of reference to the original, including some plot lines. I didn't read many reviews before I watched it because there are too many haters out there. Look at it as a "reboot" of sorts and just enjoy it.
