Magnificent performance by Moore in a challenging role. Wonderful theme of the power of love even in the face of adversity.

A magnificent piece of artistry. Just to watch Anne Hathaway take on this role is a pleasure on its own. Notable is the way in which the facial expressions of the actors are choreographed to tell the story. this is Bergmanesque. The development of the relationship between Rachel and her sister Kym against the background of a disinterested mother makes this a captivating plot. I just felt the hand held camera in filming the scenes was disruptive. it made me feel a bit sea sick.
