Just finished reading the book Redemption by Stephanie Baldi!!! This book is exceptionally good and a page turner. I could barely put it down, and I found myself looking forward to going home in the evening just to read. I finished it in a couple of days and that says a lot. I MADE time to read this book. It is so unpredictable and it keeps you at the edge of your seat the entire time wanting to know more and more. Stephanie is so detail oriented. She describes the furniture/architecture and scenery in great detail. You could smell the bacon cooking at the diner. You could smell the furniture polish. You could vividly see the landscapes she was describing. You could see and feel the cold snow and view the tall mountains. From Arizona to South Dakota to Italy. Stephine takes you on an exciting road trip to Redemption. The love story and the abuse is relatable and you could just feel Carrie's Every emotion. It was like you were right there with them the entire time. My heart was pounding as I read. She is such a clean writer and I am VERY impressed that she doesn't have to use a bunch of sex and foul language in order to get her point across and still be a BEST SELLER!!! Now I am about to read the second book in the series which is Retribution. I am so excited to know what is going to happen next. I am so invested in the story!
