I'm not going to lie, I didn't expect much of this movie (a mistake, considering this movie starred Kajol). I was pleasantly surprised and ended up falling in love with the characters.

Sapna was my personal favorite character. Something I've always liked about Kajol's characters is that they always have so much personality, and Sapna was no exception. Her motivations and her whole arc was really something I enjoyed seeing (being told she would only remain a chaffeur's daughter, wanting to make her own mark on the world) and she was a character I could relate to.
I didn't really like Vicky at first. A Casanova, a playboy, I've never been intrigued by those types of characters. And the scene where he attempted to drug Sapna was a bit...yikes. But I definitely enjoyed seeing how he grew from Sapna's words, and how much he loved her, even if I wasn't rooting for Vicky and Sapna as a ship. But how he gave up his love for his brother in the end....well that was amazing.
Vijay...is amazing. Akshay Kumar definitely did a good job portraying him. His love for Vicky was something that made me *feel things* (I love a good sibling dynamic). And the way he loved Sapna (I was rooting for those two the entire time) was just.....ah I loved them together. I wanted more of them, to be honest.

I'd definitely reccommend this movie, and watch it again.
