This is my favourite book of all time. In my english class today, we had to find our favourite childhood book. I thought of this book but I couldn't remember the name, I just remembered the fox, and the crocodile and the little fox's toy! I asked my teacher, all my classmates and eventually my friend found the name of the book. I googled it and seeing the front cover made me cry because I remembered all of the good memories about how I sat in my dad's lap reading this book and how this book opened my imagination like no other one ever did before. The way the candles were illustrated made it feel so warm and cozy and even just the vibrant orange colour of the fox and the way it is illustrated moved me. It just overwhelmed me and I started sobbing happy tears in front of all my classmates. I would highly recommend this book as it is not just a story to tell your kids, it is a warm, loving happy place to take your kids and it will be a beautiful memory for when they are older.
