Truly awful. I hoped that the combination of Scott and Phenoix could reignite some Gladiator feelings. But it is a meandering film, focused mostly on Napoleon's love life. I'd have preferred to have that as background noise while watching how he expanded French influences across the world and battled the English. And I spent 20 pounds on it. I'm robbed.
