This latest series Season 8 was much gentler and less raw than previous series. Disappointing and too “girlie” with a “Disney” final scene! Too disjointed and the tying up of loose ends was shabbily done as a prequel to the final scene. Bring back DI Perez! Hardly had me gripped as a police crime drama - I only had to hide in the kitchen once. And more Shetland scenery please. Hardly any Lerwick apart from the shop scene that referenced the Puffins. Bring back the Puffins!
