Amazing performance by Jude Law. The series brings together all the elements we expect from a “pope-centric” drama, but decidedly NOT traditional. It combines sophisticated/fast-moving hilarity, fear, Irreverence, complexity of characters, mystery of religion, plus the inevitability of business, media, and politics- treated again, serendipitously and unconventionally. In this series, every next scene is an unexpected treat. Highly recommend if u like intelligent engaging well-done entertainment.
