Hello Body I watch many food shows and everyone except your show uses gloves handling food products why it is OK for your employies not to use gloves. My restaurant would be shot down if the health inspector woked in and saw my staff handling food with their bear hands Just want to know Thanks P.S. I do love your show and I have learned a lot by watching it
