Commish's Place

Absolute crap. Hated myself for wasting the time in watching this sophomoric attempt to reboot the 1979 version, which is far superior in both cinematography and story. There's nothing here! No thrills, chills... nothing... You'd think that after 40+ years this would have far surpassed the TV version of the book by King, but it's undeveloped, underscored, and aside from Gordon Lightfoot's "Sundown", it's just a snore-fest of absolute boredom by a bunch of uninspiring writers, directors, and producers who would be far more successful in handing out candy to kids on Halloween, though even this would be a stretch for them since kids today are more intelligent that the dopes who threw this thing together.
