Was crazy and amazingly creative at the time, it was one of the first times we got to see real fear, not in the sense of zombies/infected but on the reality of what was possible or not on what humanity would really do. I love to see the reviews stating the nudity or not being scary, yet its not about that but about the concept and the door that opened for the future Zombie genre and the fact that it gives the realistic point of view of what humans would do in such a situation. Re-watched it again recently and loved it again, but it is true that new generations of people wont get the cinematography of the way the story is told. It was innovative and amazing, plus the actors and actresses ended up becoming major stars in the industry, which blows my mind now that I think of it. It is a Classic Brit Movie!

Incredible, from a book written a decade and half ago, they created a masterpiece to display with some of the best cinematography able to describe the mysteries and little details of such an adventure. All of the actors were amazing, displayed such intricate characters to such detail bringing life to every chapter, in fact many that read this review should take into account K. Todd Freeman who plays Mr. Arthur Poe, who is by far one of the best actors, because he made me hate the character to death, and he is not even the villain of the story. I came to watch the series just because Neil Patrick Harris was part of the cast to then realize how amazing and different the show was, its unique, mysterious, and beautiful with its cinematography.

Gotta admit, seen the cast on the trailer and came for that without reading summaries or anything. First of all the concept is amazing and real. As its based around the future, the tech is still pretty sci-fy but not too crazy to lose credibility. Each episode has its own plot, with its own characters, this to a certain degree makes it heavily similar to Black Mirror, but the continuity of the story is there and some characters are displayed throughout their lives which is quite interesting. I haven't watched the end of the season but I would heavily think a few episodes already deserve awards, ****maybe the cinematography and directing are not top notch but they are getting there****, some storylines are great and the actors that played those amazing episodes are people I have never watched on screen, but not all are. Be aware the top actors/actresses are basically cameos at this point yet they efficiently play their part, the rest of the actors are there shining with some amazing skills. Noticed people hating on the concept regarding Climate Change saying that Hollywood does not need to get involved, but that is wrong, there is barely people aware of any of this, this show shows some truths and possibilities, it is not doing anything bad. If talking about Climate Change by people you dont agree with is a crime or wrong, maybe free speech is wrong. If it looks straight fantasy or fake to you, maybe you also hated Black Mirror, or some other sci-fy shows. Just saying not all episodes will be great.

Not sure if this is because different directors were directing each episode but this was badly edited :/ The story is fine, not one of the bests but still okay, its just how they pictured it, the actors were great, and yet due to the episodes being in different timelines and annoyingly telling the story however each director told it made it fairly distracting. Watched the whole thing and could understand the concept they were trying to create, but it just seemed like they had a great story to tell yet tried to copy high-profile series into this when it clearly didnt need to be like it. What was the most absurd was the start of the show, a few min intro where a narrator tells the audience what the show will display, basically spoiling the whole show and leaving 0 suspense. The first few episodes were great for story telling, but just as it gets to the heist they just straight up lose it and start playing with timelines when not needed, there is a whole episode that needed to be the last to watch yet we see it before the end and make watching the rest kinda pointless. They could have actually captured all the feelings on some characters better if they didnt focus on the timeline bs, and even the characters were poorly developed as they tried pretty heavily to just record the main character. They got cast from Breaking Bad, Man in the High Castle, Sabrina, Queen of the South and many others. But genuinely focus on only one character, is like Giancarlo walked on stage and they all just forgot about the others. Would really love a re-do of the whole show with just a single Director coz this was just bonkers. If a director just popped in and made a director's cut, it would be better. Reminds me of the whole Justice League, and Zack Snyder's Cut.
