What can I say about this masterpiece on sales other that read it ASAP!
While it's a very short book, Jeffery teaches you exactly what matters most, putting the client first and explaining why.
Bottom line, clients care about themselves and when you're selling, you should know that.
Poor salespeople don't know this and they try and sell themselves instead of their clients problem.
Here's one of my favorite quotes from the book:
"Never make a sales call on a customer unless you can answer the question “Why should this customer do business with our company, with me?” The answer must be a benefit to the customer. The answer must fit the customer’s agenda, not yours."
This book saved my business back in the 2008 financial crash and will save yours today even though it was published back in 2004!
Thanks so much for your wisdom Mr. Fox, you're a legend!
