Princess Tyara

I wanted to like the movie more than I did but it wasn’t a complete miss for me (note: Ive never seen the older films or read the comic) The movie felt a bit undercooked in a way, I wish there was a bit more of a back-story on the villain and perhaps a bit more backstory/character development with Eric as he evolved into The Crow. There could’ve been more of a build up and an explanation on the supernatural realm of the story, it felt like a missed opportunity in that aspect. However, I did enjoy the overall cinematography. The goth aesthetic was beautiful, there were some really memorable shots, and the romance was quite lovely. I thought Bill and FKA twigs had a beautiful chemistry and I truly enjoyed their performances in this film ❤️.
